1. Acceptance of Terms

If you make a booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that the traveller has agreed to the applicable booking conditions.

All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and AIP Tours has issued a booking confirmation or other confirmation of the service.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
Some services offered through AIP Tours are provided by independent third parties, including hotels, resorts, tour operators, airlines, transport providers, activity providers, and other travel suppliers.
The terms, cancellation conditions, restrictions, requirements, and policies of the relevant third-party provider may apply to your booking.
Where applicable, these conditions will be communicated during the booking process or included in your booking documentation.
AIP Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, service changes, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers, except where required by applicable law.
4. Prices and Availability
All prices shown on our website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Vanuatu Vatu (VUV).
The final amount payable will be displayed or communicated before payment is completed.
Additional charges may apply depending on the booking, including:

Administration fees
Payment processing fees
AIP Tours reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors. If a significant pricing error affects your booking, we will contact you and advise you of the available options.
5. Payments

7. Cancellations and Amendments

Certain bookings may be non-cancellable, non-changeable, or subject to cancellation or amendment fees.
Requests to change a booking are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

8. Refunds
Where a booking is refundable, any refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and payment method.
Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to supplier, administration, or processing fees.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, or third-party supplier involved.
9. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point, pick-up point, airport, hotel, or departure location at the time stated in the booking confirmation.
Failure to arrive without prior notice may be treated as a no-show.
No-shows may be subject to the full booking charge.
If you arrive late and miss a scheduled tour, transfer, activity, or other service, AIP Tours cannot guarantee alternative arrangements.
Any additional costs resulting from a late arrival will be the responsibility of the guest.
10. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all documents, approvals, and permissions required for your travel.
These may include:
Valid passport
Visa or entry permit
Travel insurance
Health or vaccination documents
Identification
Activity-specific permits
Other documents required by authorities or service providers
Travel requirements may change at short notice.
You are responsible for checking the requirements applicable to your nationality, destination, and travel arrangements before departure.
AIP Tours does not guarantee that you will be permitted entry into any country or destination.
11. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance before travelling.
Travel insurance may provide cover for circumstances including:

Lost or delayed baggage
Travel disruption
Flight cancellation

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner.
AIP Tours or a service provider may refuse or discontinue service where a guest:
Behaves abusively or aggressively
Endangers themselves or others
Damages property
Fails to follow reasonable safety instructions
Is significantly intoxicated
Engages in illegal or disruptive behaviour
No refund may be provided where a service is terminated due to inappropriate guest behaviour, subject to applicable law.

Government restrictions

AIP Tours does not guarantee that every affected booking can be rescheduled, replaced, or refunded.
