Cancellation & Refund Policy

Adventure in Paradise – Vanuatu

At Adventure in Paradise, we are committed to providing you with unforgettable experiences in the beautiful islands of Vanuatu. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, so we have designed the following policy to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

1. General Booking Terms

• All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.

• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except in certain circumstances described under Force Majeure(see Section 5).

• Prices are quoted in the specified currency at the time of booking.

• Any changes or amendments to your booking will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel due to personal reasons, schedule changes, or other commitments. However:

• Cancellations made for any reason will result in the full forfeiture of the booking amount.

• If you wish to reschedule your booking, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Any price difference or additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. No-Shows & Unused Services

• If you do not show up for your booked service at the scheduled time, no refund or credit will be issued.

• No refunds or partial credits will be given for unused portions of a tour, activity, or package.

4. Cancellations by Adventure in Paradise

While extremely rare, there may be situations where we must cancel a service for safety, operational, or other valid reasons. In such cases, you will have the option to choose:

1. A full credit for a future booking (no expiry date); or

2. A full refund, if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

We are not responsible for, and cannot provide refunds for, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Natural disasters (cyclones, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, etc.)

• Airline cancellations, delays, or schedule changes

• Government restrictions, pandemics, or public emergencies

In these situations, we will do our best to assist you with rescheduling to a future date, subject to availability.

6. Flight Cancellations & Delays

If your booked service is affected due to an airline’s schedule change, delay, or cancellation:

• Our standard non-refundable policy still applies.

• You may be eligible to make a claim with your airline or travel insurance provider.

• Upon request, we can provide an official cancellation letter stating the booking details, the original service date, and the reason for the cancellation to assist with your insurance claim.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Your policy should ideally cover:

• Trip cancellations and amendments

• Airline delays and cancellations

• Medical emergencies

• Lost or delayed luggage

Having travel insurance ensures you are protected against unexpected disruptions that may affect your trip.

8. Final Note

We genuinely want every guest to enjoy their time in Vanuatu without stress. While our policy is designed to protect the smooth operation of our tours and services, our team will always try to find the most reasonable and supportive solution within these terms.
